New head coach Steve Tandy selects his first Wales Six Nations squad this year, and knows that the only way is up for the beleaguered national side. Two consecutive Wooden Spoons and a slip to 11th in the world rankings mean the men in red head into the championship at a low ebb – even though that infamous, record-breaking run of defeats was broken by victory over Japan.

This page will be the place to come when Tandy’s Wales Six Nations 2026 squad is announced, and we’ll also be keeping it updated with team news for every Welsh game in this year’s championship. You can also look back at the line-ups for the team’s Six Nations fixtures last season.
